PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing device that realizes improvements in both washing performance and a foam generation rate.SOLUTION: A washing device 1 comprises a storage part 4 that can store detergent water, and air bubble generation means 20 that generates air bubbles in the detergent water inside the storage part 4. The air bubble generation means 20 generates first air bubbles, and second air bubbles having an average diameter larger than an average diameter of the first air bubbles. Foam is generated on a water surface 95 of the detergent water inside the storage part 4 by generating the first air bubbles and the second air bubbles by the air bubble generation means 20, and the foam is supplied to objects to be washed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
