PURPOSE: To provide the cleaning machine having the functions to clean a cleaner element mounted with a disk-shaped supporting frame at its front surface and to surely capture blown dust.

CONSTITUTION: The central part of a ceiling surface 22 of an operation chamber 2 is provided with a revolving shaft 31 which is freely rotatable forward and backward. A holding mechanism which grips and holds the supporting frame of the cleaner element 1 is mounted thereto. A pair of air injection nozzles 4 which move upward and downward while blowing air to the inside surface and outside surface of the filter media of the cleaner element 1 in synchronization with the forward and backward revolutions of the revolving shaft 31 are provided. The base of the operation chamber 2 is gently inclined downward from the rear surface toward a door and an air discharge duct 6 is connected to the front edge thereof. Many baffle plates 62 are alternately mounted to both surfaces therein, and further, a water ejection nozzle 61 is mounted to the upper part of the rear surface toward the surface thereof. Water is applied on this surface to generate the flow of the water flowing successively on the front surfaces of the respective baffle plates 62 via the base from the above- mentioned surface. The dust in the air is adsorbed to this flow and is thereby captured.
