Abstract:
To make a cleaning work efficient by detecting places to be cleaned.SOLUTION: A cleaning management system includes: a dust detection device placed in a cleaning object facility and photographing a cleaning object area in the cleaning object facility; and a server device connected with the dust detection device via a network. The cleaning management system further includes: an image analysis unit which analyzes image data photographed by the dust detection device, and generates dust information indicating at least one of presence or absence of dust, the amount of dust, and a type of dust in the cleaning object area; and a workload estimation unit which estimates at least one of cleaning work hours, the number of cleaners, cleaning tools, and a reward amount on the basis of the dust information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
