To perform an efficient management of a series of flows for cleaning some customer's laundry and delivering them to some retailing shops, provide an automatic classification for the laundry for various processing steps and save labor related these works.

Each of retailing shops 10 sets an IC tag 3 to customer's laundry 4 deposited from the customer 1. At a cleaning factory 100, the laundry 4 is automatically classified to any of processing steps 106 to 110 and delivered to each of the retailing shops through classification work sections 121 to 125. At the retailing shop 10, the laundry 4 is delivered to the customer on the basis of a customer ID information recorded in the IC tag 3. The laundry is photographed as desired and its photographed image is stored corresponding to the laundry and kept.
