A connecting port 22 connected to a toner replenishing port 11 of a vessel 10, a gripping mechanism 21 gripping the vessel 10 in a state that the connecting port 22 is connected to the toner replenishing port 11 of the vessel 10, and a filter 23 separating toner from cleaning media 24 are provided. A dust collector 40 sucking in the toner in the vessel 10 from the vessel 10 is provided, and the filter 23 makes only the toner pass through from the inside of the vessel 10 to the outside. A vibration generator 60 vibrating the filter 23 is provided. A driving roller 61 moving a filter 23a in an extensional direction of the filter 23a, a driven roller 62, and a motor 63 are provided. A controller 32 making the dust collector 40 stop the suction temporarily when a vacuum abnormality-detection sensor 43 detecting an abnormal state of the vacuum due to the dust collector 40 provided on a duct 42 detects the abnormal state of the vacuum, is provided.
