SOLUTION: An inspection hole 7 is formed with a drill in a housing box 6 of a cleaning unit 3 of an air conditioner in the state where a car air conditioner is mounted in an automobile, etc., and a fiber scope is inserted from the inspection hole 7 to observe conditions in the scope, and a cleaning pipe is inserted to clean dust in an evaporator 2 of the cleaning unit 3, and others, and interiors of the evaporator 2 and others are sterilized with a sterilizer to clean the air conditioner.
