Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cleaning method for electric parts or electronic parts by using a hydrocarbon base solvent excellent in cleaning ability, safe to environment and human body.
CONSTITUTION: The electric or electronic parts are cleaned at 40-150°C by using the hydrocarbon base solvent, preferably the solvent in which aromatic hydrocarbon content is 0-20wt.% and naphthene base hydrocarbon percentage in the saturated hydrocarbon component in the solvent is 30-100wt.%.
