PURPOSE: To eliminate clogging-up of a water-supply pipe within a short period of time at a low prince by simply work without polluting water.

CONSTITUTION: A cleaning device is so constituted that water is supplied to a water-tank 21, fine chips of ice are stored in an ice box 29, the water-tank and the ice box are linked with a hose 23, the front end thereof can connected to an open end of a water-supply pipe 15 to be cleaned and that pressure-feed of the water in the water-tank is made together the chips of ice in the ice-box through a pump 22. In consideration of work efficiency, the water-tank and the pump are mounted on a truck, the ice-box and the hose can be moved, a water pressure gauge 28 is provided to a hose downward of an opening and shutting valve 27, and the elimination of the clogging-up is detected by decrease of feed pressure. In order to prevent the water-supply pipe from damage, a hose in the upstream of the opening and shutting valve and the water-tank are connected with a circulation hose 24, a control valve 25 for the feed pressure and a water pressure gauge 26 are provided to the middle part of the circulation hose, and feed pressure can be controlled.
