To provide a cleaning service system which makes great improvements in hygiene and store's image.

In a store such as a convenience store, they form a point-charge list A showing the number of payment points, 1, corresponding to a cleaning charge for each item such as a clothe which can be cleaned, and charge tickets B each of which consists of a sheet of point slips 2. The point-charge list A is displayed for users or a number of point-charge lists A are given out to the users. Each user buys the charge ticket B in advance, finds out, from the charge list, the number of points, 1, corresponding to the item needing cleaning, and cuts the point slips 2 corresponding to the number of points, 1, off the charge ticket B. The user have their items collected together with the point slips by an unmanned accepting system provided outside the store, and after the items are cleaned the user receives the cleaned items in the store, in a service-only place where they handle no food.
