To provide a cleaning sheet capable of collecting an easily entangling dust and a hardly entangling granular dust in the cleaning sheet made by joining long fiber aggregates to a substrate sheet, and to provide its manufacturing method.

The cleaning sheet is made by joining separately in the orienting direction of long fibers 11 a plurality of long fiber aggregates 10 made by aligning in a direction and assembling the long fibers 11 on one face or both faces of the substrate sheet 20. The cleaning sheet 1 is used by mounting to the head part 31 of a cleaning device 30 equipped with the head part 31 and a handle 32 connected to the head part 31 using the substrate sheet 20. In the substrate sheet 20, an aggregate adhesion part 41 for joining the long fiber aggregates 10 to the substrate sheet 20 and a dust adhesion part 42 for adhering and collecting the dust are disposed. In the aggregate adhesion part 41, only a part of the face facing the substrate sheet 20 in the long fiber aggregate 10 is joined to the substrate sheet 20.
