Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a cleaning solution having a high flash point by mixing isopropanol, water and a specific compd.
CONSTITUTION: A partially fluorinated hydrocarbon or ether shown by the formula CWHXFYOZ [in the formula, (x)<(y), the total number of (x+y) is (2w+2), and (z) is 0 or 1] has a b.p. in the range of 40-100°C and gives a high flash point to the mixture of isopropanol as principal component and supplemental amount of water. This mixture is useful for a cleaning agent.
