Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a cleaning solvent compsn. having no influence on the ozone layer while securing excellent properties comparable to those of 1,1,2- trichloro-1,2,2-trifluoroethane.
CONSTITUTION: A cleaning solvent compsn. is constituted of at least one hydrofluorocarbon of the formula: R1-CH2-R2 [R1 is CnHmF2n+1-m(2≤n≤4; 0≤m≤6); R2 is CaHbF2a+1-b (0≤b≤2 when a=1, 0≤b≤6 when a=2, and 0≤b≤6 when a=3, provided that 3≤n+a≤5 and 0≤m+b≤6)], pref. examples of which include C4H2F8, C4H3F7, C4H4F6, C4H5F5, C4H6F4, C4H7F3, C4H8F2, C5H2F10, C5H3F9, C5H4F8, C5H5F7, C5H6F6, C5H7F5, C5H8F4, C6H2F12, C6H3F11, C6H4F10, C6H5F9, C6H6F8, C6H7F7 and C6H8F6.
