PURPOSE: To clean a face to be cleaned with the refreshing feeling even in a high-temperature environment by impregnating a clean body with water and a volatile liquid having high vaporization heat at a specific ratio, and effectively utilizing the vaporization heat.

CONSTITUTION: A sheet outlet 11 is provided on the surface side of a polypropylene bag-like container 10, and a seal cover 12 opens or closes the sheet outlet 11. A strippable adhesive 13 is applied to a periphery section corresponding to the periphery of the sheet outlet 11 to airtightly seal the sheet outlet 11. A tab section 12a is provided at one end section of the seal cover 12, and a plurality of clean sheets 20 are stored in the bag-like container 10. The clean sheet 20 is made of a nonwoven fabric, and the clean sheet 20 is impregnated with water and a volatile liquid having high vaporization heat at 1:1-1:4wt.%. The tab section 12a of the seal cover 12 is held to peel the seal, and the sheet outlet 11 is opened. A clean sheet 20 is taken out from the sheet outlet 11, then it is used after being shaken several times. Hands and the face can be cleaned with cool touch even in a high-temperature environment.
