Abstract:
To make a gather-shaped part wave to cleanly wipe and polish a surface to be cleaned through flow of wind or air by only providing a tool on an object such as a car body, a windowpane or the like that is conventionally cleaned by the hand.
Providing a sucker, a magnet or the like 1 around which a string, cloth, bristles or the like is provided in a gather shape 2 on an object surface allows the object surface to be wiped and polished.
