The cleaning device 1 comprises a flexible gel enclosure part 3 inside which a gel-like material is contained and enclosed, a cleaning part 2 which is attached to the lower surface of the gel enclosure part and cleans an object to be cleaned by wiping, and an attachment means 4 which is interposed between the cleaning part and the gel enclosure part and attaches the cleaning part to the lower surface of the gel enclosure part.
