This is the cleaning treatment system for cleaning the washing object. The system comprises a cleaning device cleaning the washing object in deionized water by ultrasonic waves, a first filter device filtering the water used in the cleaning device with a filter and an adsorbent using a centrifugal force, and a second filter device separating the treated water filtered by the first filter device into wastewater and deionized water, and has a constitution that the deionized water separated by the second filter device is supplied to the cleaning device. The first filter device comprises a case, a rotor arranged inside the case, in which the water used is supplied and the sidewall has a permeability, a filter arranged inside or on the inner wall surface of the sidewall of the rotor, and an adsorbing material arranged inside or on the inner wall surface of the sidewall of the rotor, and outside the filter.
