Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reduce a running cost and to shorten a cleaning tact.SOLUTION: A cleaning unit (70) for cleaning a screen mask (80) for screen printing comprises: a delivery reel (72) which so supports a rolled cleaning paper (75) as to be capable of delivering the paper; a take-up reel (73) which takes up the cleaning paper delivered from the delivery reel; and a cleaning head (74) which presses the cleaning paper onto the screen mask. This cleaning unit is so configured that a roll width of the cleaning paper is smaller than the screen mask, and partial cleaning is performed by the cleaning head at a designated wiping site for the screen mask.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
