Abstract:
To reduce an influence of dust, which occurs when a formed item is released from a die, on cleanliness in a clean room.SOLUTION: A cleaning unit 1 is provided in a forming chamber 100, in which material forming process is performed, or a surrounding area of the forming chamber 100 and includes a filter 2 which collects dust occurring due to evaporation of a release agent MR, which is applied to a formed surface 210 of a press forming device 200, at a high temperature. The filter 2 may be installed near an upper part of the forming chamber 100. The cleaning unit 1 may include a fan 3 which generates air flow in the forming chamber 100. The cleaning unit 1 may include an air supply port 4 of cleaned air that has passed through the filter 2. The cleaning unit 1 may further include a hanging wall 5 which rectifies air supplied from the air supply port 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
