CONSTITUTION: A cleaning urging device 6 is constituted to a control circuit 3 consisting of a timer for measuring a use time of an electric razor and a microcomputer constituting a circuit for comparing the use time with a cleaning urging time, a nonvolatile memory 4 in which the use time and the cleaning urging time are stored, and a display part 5. In such a state, the use time of the electric razor and the cleaning urging time are compared, and when the use time reaches the cleaning urging time, an urging display of cleaning is executed. In such a way, it can be informed to a user that beard refuse is being collected and cleaning is necessary.
