The intermediate layer when being dry has cushioning property, and the intermediate layer when being wet has plastic flexibility to be deformable. Also, for this cleaning apparatus, the rear surface section is brought into contact with the lower surface of an attaching base, and at the same time, the cleaning utensil is fitted on the attaching base.
