PURPOSE: To remove fiber waste, etc., generated from a spinning frame and deposited on the frame or suspending in air, by providing an air-stream generation apparatus under the frame over the whole length of the yarn winder, placing a filter net to the suction side and cleaning the fiber waste by the suction air stream, the blasting air stream and the circulating air stream generated by both streams.
CONSTITUTION: An air-stream generation apparatus 1 composed of a rotary blade wheel 1' and a casing 2 is fixed to a winder and a floor 5 and extended over the whole length of the frame. A filter net 3 for collecting the fiber waste, etc., is attached to the casing 2 of the suction-side of the apparatus 1. The most part of the air stream F1 blasted from the apparatus 1 is guided opposite to the frame from the bottom to the top of the frame. The frame is cleaned by the blasting action of the stream and, at the same time, a part of the stream F1' is guided along the floor toward the suction side of the other air-stream generation apparatus to clean the surface of the floor. The suction air stream F2 containing fiber waste, etc., is guided toward the filter net 3 to clean the air near the frame.
