To obtain the subject composition capable of satisfying mildness and high detergency by composing it of a surfactant such as a monosaccharide ester of fatty acid as the main ingredient of the basic material of the cleansing agent allowing a parameter which indicates the dissolved state of a micelle, to manifest at least a specific value.
In this cleansing agent composition, the associated micelle manifests at least 10nm of parameter ζ of the formula ((k) is the Boltzmann constant; T is absolute temperature; η is viscosity of the solvent; D is a diffusion constant of the associated micelle) indicating the dissolved state of micelle at the surfactant concentration in cleansing. The concentration of the surfactant is, for example intended for cleansing agent of a hard surface, approximately 500ppm in the washing with this cleansing agent diluted in a washing tub, 10,000-20,000ppm for direct use by putting on a sponge or washing. Aliphatic acid monosaccharide ester is preferably used as the main surfactant. This composition is capable of providing a cleansing agent mainly intended for direct use.
