Abstract:

To provide a cleansing bar equipped with a good easy gripping property, capable of peeling skin off without feeling roughness, and supplying a sufficient amount of foam in a relatively short time.

This method for preparing the cleansing bar comprises a process of preparing a mixture of a cleansing component and a dispersed element, (b) a process of adding sufficient vibration to the mixture so as to uniformly distribute the elements dispersed in the cleansing component and (c) a process of extruding the mixture added with the vibration for forming a shape of the cleansing bar, and the ratio of the length and diameter of the dispersed elements is substantially within a range of (50:1) to (100,000:1).
