This clear coating composition is characterized by comprising 100 pts. wt. of the solid content of a vehicle comprising a coating film-forming resin and a curing agent, 0.01 to 2 pts. wt. of a ladder silicone polymer obtained by copolymerizing a ladder silicone oligomer containing acryloxyalkyl groups and/or methacryloxyalkyl groups with a monomer having an ethylenic unsaturated bond containing a cross-linking functional group, and 1 to 10 pts. wt. of a transparent acrylic resin- and/or methacrylic resin-based microgel containing ≥30 wt. % of a monomer having two or more radically polymerizable ethylenic unsaturated bonds in the molecule.
