The clear enameled stainless steel sheet is provided with a clear enamel layer 3 through an alumina thin film 2 produced by aluminum coupling treatment on the surface of a stainless steel sheet 1. If necessary, a coloring pigment may be dispersed on the clear enamel layer 3 in a range without impairing a transparency.
