Title:
CLEAR HARD COAT FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3314257
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a clear hard coat film having superior optical characteristics, various kinds of resistance, ideal slip properties. a superior performance, and a superior processability.
CONSTITUTION: In a clear hard coat film 4 formed by providing a hard coat layer 2 on one surface of a triacetyl cellulose film (TAC film) 1, the slipperiness of the hard coat layer 2 is adjusted so that a coefficient of static friction between the TAC film 1 and the hard coat layer 2 is not more than 0.8. For this purpose, coating liquid containing 1 pts.wt. or less inorganic and/or organic particle 3 having an average particle diameter 1±0.5μm per 100 pts.wt. of ionizing radiation-curing resin is applied and cured so that the the coating weight of the solid content is 8.5-30g/m2 to form the hard coat layer 2. In this manner, the obtained clear hard coat film is superior in optical characteristics, mar resistance, resistance to chemicals and other performances, and processability.
