PURPOSE: To provide the titled system where a driving source is provided at the center of the machine base, being used for driving the reciprocating motion of the clearer mechanisms equipped on both sides of said base, thus simplifying the driving mechanism.

CONSTITUTION: In a spinning machine with both sides of the machine base equipped with a draft section 19 consisting of a set of bottom rollers 3aW7a and a set of top rollers 3bW7b and a supporting member 26 on which a clearer member 37 put to pressure contacting with bottom rollers 5a, 7a or apron has been fitted, an actively revolving shaft 14 and supporting shaft 10 are provided at the center of said machine base, this supporting shaft 10 being fitted with an oscillating lever 12, the hooks 13a, 13b of said lever 12 and a cam 15 fixed on said revolving shaft 14 being mutually hooked, and said supporting member 26 being connected to the other ends 12a, 13b of the lever 12 through, respectively, connecting levers 18a, 18b.
