Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personnel procedure processing apparatus, a personnel procedure processing system and a personnel procedure processing method which enable a user to register the contents of required registration events without omission according to the event such as personal change occurring to a user without giving unnecessary labor to the user.
SOLUTION: The clerical procedure processing apparatus comprises: a combination-storage means which stores combination of one or a plurality of related registration events about each of procedural items regarding clerical procedures; and a plurality of guidance means, for each of the plurality of registration events, which perform guidance for making the user input the contents of the corresponding registration events. Furthermore, a registration-event-extraction means extracts one or a plurality of registration items related to prescribed procedural items selected by the prescribed user based on the combination stored in the combination-storage means. Next, a relation execution means operates one or a plurality of the guidance means corresponding to the registration events extracted by the registration-event-extraction means and a registered-content-storage means stores the contents of the registration events inputted by the prescribed user to the guidance means.
