In the clickable video image photographing method, a plurality of small-sized devices and objects whose size is so small that they attract much attention are directly fitted to an object, a usual moving picture or still picture is photographed, the positions of the small-sized devices and objects on the photographed image are detected, a detectable ID is provided to each device, a region obtained by tying the positions of the devices with the same ID or part of the ID of which is in common is selected as an area, the same ID is given to the devices and the objects denoting one area, a database is generated to each area where the objects exist, a related URL is found by using the ID for a key from the database, when a mouse or the like is used to point out an area, a link of information to a corresponding URL is provided through the projection of a selectable moving picture and still picture.
