To improve measurement accuracy and mountability of a heat-flow-type clinical thermometer.
A clinical thermometer 500 for measuring core temperature of a subject includes: a first thermal resistor 113 that has first temperature sensors 111, 121 arranged on a side that contacts a body surface, and a second thermal resistor 123 that has second temperature sensors 112, 122 arranged on a side opposite to the side that contacts the body surface; a uniformization member 130 that covers to surround only the surface opposite to the surface that contacts the body surface of the first thermal resistor 113 and the second thermal resistor 123; a thermal insulation member 501 that is arranged so as to surround side faces of the first thermal resistor 113 and the second thermal resistor 123; and a substrate part, a peripheral portion of which is fixed by the side opposite to the side that contacts the body surface of the thermal insulation member 501, and a central portion of which is arranged relative to the uniformization member 130 at a predetermined space.
