Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an infrared clinical thermometer in which the form is simplified, the installation of a probe cover to an infrared clinical thermometer probe at use and its release from the probe after use are facilitated, and no uncomfortable feeling is given at use.
CONSTITUTION: The probe 1 of a clinical thermometer 10 has a positioning member 2 having a sticking part for installing a probe cover 4. After the positioning member 2 is installed to the installing part 3 of the probe 1, the probe cover 4 is installed to the probe 1 at use, and released and disposed after use. When dust is stuck to the sticking part, the positioning member 2 is removed from the installing part 3 and replaced.
