Abstract:
To provide a clinker accumulation preventing device, which prevents accumulation of clinker by removing ash attached to the wall of a furnace including a furnace bottom hopper portion without using a spray medium injection system, such as a soot blower or a wall deslagger, prevents lowering of heat collection in a boiler body, and prevents occurrence of erosion in the inner wall surface of the furnace, lowering of plant efficiency, high temperature deterioration of the spray medium injection system, and the like.
The furnace 1a of the boiler body 1 is provided with a vibration generator system 36 for generating vibration with an impulse force.
