Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clinker removal device capable of efficiently removing clinker.SOLUTION: A clinker removal device 10 which removes clinker 102 attached to a periphery of secondary superheaters 100A and 100B of a thermal power plant comprises: a storage section 12 which stores a rammer 36 to be beaten against the clinker 102 to remove the same and has an insertion hole 22, at a tip thereof, to insert the rammer 36 therein; a compressed air injection section 56 which thrusts the rammer 36 from the storage section 12 by injecting compressed air into a space arranged at a base side of the storage section 12; a sliding flange section 38B which is attached to the rammer 36 at a side opposite to an edge section to be beaten against the clinker 102 and brought into contact with a position corresponding to a periphery of the insertion hole 22 of the storage section 12 by thrusting movement of the rammer 36; and a tension spring 32 disposed in the storage section 12 which pulls the rammer 36 for thrusting movement back to a position where the same is stored before the thrusting movement thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
