PURPOSE: To stabilize the carriage of a printed board and lower the height of a clip by providing each clamp member and its energizing means on the topside of a plate member, and providing a jaw, which bears a printed board, at each clamp part.

CONSTITUTION: This is provided with a clip 11, which holds a printed board 1, on the topside of a plate member 12, and means, which energizes clamp members 13 and 14 and the jaw 14-2 of the clamp member 14 toward the jaw 13-7 of the clamp member 13 is provided. The end 12-1 in the direction of printed board carriage of the plate member 12 is made to project obliquely upward. Moreover, the head of the end 12-2 of the plate member 12 positioned below the printed board 1 is made higher than the jaw 13-1.
