Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize the positive fixing of a pipe by forming semicircular grooves for holding a pipe, in the same position of the respective opposed faces of a main clip member and an auxiliary clip member freely engaged/disengaged at the lower parts, and forming bolt insert holes for connecting and fixing both members to each other, at the upper parts of both members.
CONSTITUTION: Semicircular grooves 8, 9 for clamping a pipe are formed in the same position of the respective adhering opposed faces of a main clip member 1 and an auxiliary clip member 2 freely engaged/disengaged by an engaging hole 16 and a hook 21 provided at the respective lower parts. The opening part 12 of the semicircular groove 8 of the main clip member 1 is provided with grooves 13 of the specified depth parallel with the opening part, in the vertical positions of the opposed face 3 so as to partition a pair of circular arc parts 14. An elastic circular arc piece 15 continuous from the peripheral surface 8a of the semicircular groove 8 and thinner than the circular arc part 14 is provided in line with the front face of the circular arc part 14 in such a way as to be protruded from the opposed face 3. A bolt B is inserted in bolt insert holes 7 formed at the upper parts of the main and auxiliary clip members 1, 2 and fastened to fix both members 1, 2.
