To provide a clip-on handle with improved safety whose height can be easily adjusted.

The clip-on handle consists of a handle grip 3 and a handle holder 2. The handle holder has a tubular part 9 inserted into a bush 7 inserted into a free end of a stand pipe 4 or fork pipe. One or a plurality of bolts are attached to fix the handle holder in the axial direction inside the bush. The bolt is screwed in through the fork pipe and the bush from the outside in the radial direction to be engaged with one or a plurality of recesses of the handle holder. In addition, the handle holder has a rotation preventive mechanism to be always kept connected to the fork pipe so that the relative rotation is prevented, and also an end stopper to prevent the handle holder from coming out of the handle pipe accidentally.
