PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate management of a part and improve usability in such a state to hold spring performance equivalent to that of a spring made of a metal, in a clip used for assembling of structures, formed of materials different from each other, with each other.
SOLUTION: One side 15 of a body 13 forms the mounting side to a radiator grill 1 and meanwhile, a cantilever spring piece 26 is arranged on the other side 16 of the body 13, the cantilever-form spring piece being formed in such a manner that the spring piece is extended one side 15 of the body 13 as it is spread to a side from the tip part on the other side 16 of the body 13 and makes contact with one of the side edges in a longitudinal direction of a mounting oblong hole 12 formed in the car body 2 and the body 13 is energized toward the other side edge part in a longitudinal direction of the mounting oblong hole 12. An auxiliary spring part 29 to extend in such a manner to approach the side part 22 of the body 13 toward the other side 16 of the body 13 from the free end part 27 of the spring piece 26 is arranged at the spring piece 26. The spring piece 26 containing the auxiliary spring part 29 and the body 13 are integrally molded by using resin and a clip 3 forms an integral molded product to ensure desired spring performance.
