The clip structure is attached to an opening formed through a base material such as automobile interior trim and comprises a frame having a flanged edge inscribed to the peripheral wall of the opening, at least one L-shaped leg having a leg root and a leg end both hinged to the inner peripheral wall of the flanged edge and each bent at approximately right angles at a bending point; and a lid having insertion legs inserted into the flanged edge while pressing the root of the L-shaped leg against the inner peripheral wall of the flanged edge.
