To provide clip structure capable of securely latching an electronic apparatus on a part of clothes and belt, etc.
In the clip structure constructed to be provided with a base plate on stationary side and a clip member on movable side and then to latch by interposing a part of the clothes and the belt, etc., the base plate is provided with a through hole corresponding to a threaded hole of a case, a hooked part for hooking on lower surface of the case and a protuberance protruded on side of the clip member. The clip member is provided with a bend reinforcing part, a bend part constructed so as to cover the protuberance and a toothed protuberance row protruded on side of the base plate. In addition, it is provided with a supporter by which the through hole for clamping on the case together is arranged. The supporter is provided with a hook bent part hooking on upper surface of the case and an abutting part abutting on case side of the base plate. It is also configured to fix the base plate and the supporter on the case by means of clamping together with a common screw by aligning the threaded hole of the case, the through hole of the base plate and the through hole of the supporter with each other.
