Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability such as that in maintenance.SOLUTION: A clip winding device comprises a base unit 11 on which a sheet bundle 1 is loaded, a discharging part 31 discharging a clip 3 to be wound on the sheet bundle 1, and a punching unit 16 making a hole 2 for winding the clip 3 on the sheet bundle 1. The punching unit 16 is arranged on the discharging part 31 in a separable manner, when the punching unit 16 is separated from the discharging part 31, the discharging part 31 is exposed. For example, on a base unit 11, a winding claw 41 for winding the clip 3 discharged from the discharging part 31 onto the hole 2 on the sheet bundle 1. The winding claw 41 is exposed when the base unit 11 or the punching unit 16 is separated from the discharging part 31.
