PURPOSE: To stabilize and maintain bundling quality through the absorption of relative displacement or a vibration by keeping a constant distance for preventing the contact of wiring members with each other, when the members are laid in parallel or cross each other.

CONSTITUTION: This clip has the first band 1 and the second band 2 extended from both ends of a main body section 3 having constant length L, and holes 6a and 6b for passing the bands 1 and 2, and locking devices 5a and 5b for locking and releasing the bands 1 and 2 led through the holes 6a and 6b, are formed on both end sections 3a and 3b of the main body section 3.
