This clip a is composed of two pieces, an upper piece 1 and a lower piece 9 which are connected with each other at their one ends and being open at their other ends, the lower piece 9 being provided with connecting means on its back face. The clip a is provided with hanging means for hanging the clip on a stationary portion, such as a hanging fitting 4 which can be freely inserted at its one end, a hanging hole penetrated in the other end when the hanging fitting 4 bears the upper piece 1 at its one end so as to allow horizontal rotation or vertical opening of the upper piece 1, and a hanging fitting 4 for bearing the upper piece 1 at its other end so as to allow folding and developing.
