A pair of clipping piece parts 1, 2 are formed which are folded in the same direction from both folded parts 4-1, 4-2 of a folded base part 4, and are kept in a mutually contact state by an appropriate clipping force. In addition, an opening/closing manipulation part 3 which is of an outwardly almost curved shape in section and restorably bulged and further elastically deformable to the outside/inside, is formed on one of the sides of each of the clipping parts 1, 2. Further, the open ends of the clipping parts 1, 2 are structurally bounced back in the direction where the open ends of the clipping parts 1, 2 are mutually separated by an elastic repulsive force acting upon the opening/closing manipulation part 3 by deforming the part 3 inwardly under pressure.
