To provide a clip easily detachable from an attachment hole and attachable to the attachment hole without a backlash flexibly in response to a change in thickness of a member with the attachment hole.

The clip 10 includes a head part 20 engaged on the surface side of the attachment hole 7, and a leg part 30 extended from the back side of the head part 20 and engaged on the back side of the attachment hole 3. The head part 20 is expanded in a skirt shape obliquely outward toward the leg part 30, and includes an elastic abutting part 23 with its peripheral edge elastically abutting on the peripheral edge on the surface side of the attachment hole 7, and a tool insertion part 25 for inserting a tool 9 for detaching the leg part 30 from the attachment hole 3. The tool insertion part 25 includes a ceiling wall 26 formed to be floated with a prescribed clearance on the surface side of the attachment hole 7, and both side walls 27, 27 connecting both the sides of the ceiling wall 26 and the elastic abutting part 23.
