The clip 10 includes a body member 1 including an elastically deformable chevron bent part 2, a first pinching piece 3 for holding one part of the article 20 with a rear face of the body member 1 by being bent backward from the body member 1 in a rear face side of the body member 1 and opening and closing a tip, an engagement protrusion 4 protrudedly provided on the first pinching piece 3 and engaging with a trough part 5 formed in a rear face of the bent part 2, a second pinching piece 7 for holding a belt, clothes, or another article with a surface side face of the body member 1 by being turnably supported by a bearing part provided adjacent to the bent part 2, and an energizing means 9 for constantly energizing the second pinching piece 7 in a closing direction.
