To provide a clip capable of reducing the insertion force when inserting a male member into a female member.

The clip includes a female member 11 having a female side shaft 16 to be internally fitted in through-holes H1 formed in panels P1, P2 and a flange 15 abutted on a surface of the panel P1, and a male member 12 to be internally fitted in the female side shaft 16, and the clip is fitted to the panels P1, P2 by inserting the male member 12 into the female member 11. The female side shaft 16 consists of a plurality of legs 18 which are elastically deformed as the male member 12 is press-fitted. Each leg 18 includes a thin-walled inflection part 28, and a holding part 20 for holding a fore end of the male member 12 provided on the fore end side farther from the inflection part 28. A groove 25 formed by the inflection part 28 in the thickness direction from a base end side is provided on at least one of the legs 18.
