This clipper is constituted by forming a grip on this side, and forming a cutting blade in a tip part. In the clipper, the grip is formed of a support of bending a metallic plate so that a cross section becomes a " U " shape and a nonslipping member such as rubber, and is constituted by covering this side of the support with the nonslipping member, and a hole is formed in a rear part of the nonslipping member, and after inserting a string body into the hole, its tip part is connected and fixed to the front side of the support by passing through the inside of a recessed part of the support.
