PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for the use to make setting and adjustment of clock information by keeping accuracy of clock information unified at each mobile terminal equipment in response to the small sized and light weight of a mobile terminal equipment.
CONSTITUTION: An equipment at a base station side incorporates a clock circuit generating clock information and each mobile terminal equipment does not incorporate any clock circuit. Then the equipment at the V' base station side sends simultaneously the clock information counted by a built-in clock circuit to each mobile terminal equipment at a predetermined period through a predetermined control channel (100-102). Each mobile terminal equipment monitors the arrival of a signal from a base station side equipment and adjusts the clock information managed by itself when the clock information inserted in a control channel is received to be received clock information (112-115). The clock information is subject to, e.g. display processing at the mobile terminal equipment.
