Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a clock supplying circuit which can supply clock pulses having no deviation due to a delay to logic circuits and does not limit a user's designing area and an integrated circuit having this circuit.
CONSTITUTION: A clock supplying circuit 109 is disposed substantially in the center of a group of logic circuits 121. A wide main wiring 111 is formed on the circuit 121 as an upper wiring layer. Further, a plurality of branch wirings 115 extended from the main wiring 111 are formed as the same upper wiring layer by considering the positional relationship of the logic circuits. The circuits 121 of substantially the same number are connected to respective branch circuits.
