Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent nozzle clogging from occurring even when used for a solution with high viscosity, by adding simple modification to a conventional pump type spray container.SOLUTION: A pump type spray container includes: a container body for storing a solution; a cover for being fitted or screwed to the upper part of the body; a cylinder disposed inside the cover in a vertically long and concentric circular manner; a piston sliding inside the cylinder; a solution supply pipe and a discharge nozzle having an opening at a predetermined position of the cylinder or the piston; and one-way valve disposed in the vicinity of an outlet of the solution supply pipe. The pump type spray container discharges the solution from the nozzle by the sliding of the piston. An air introduction pipe for introducing air is placed in the position immediately below the one-way valve, and it is connected to the solution supply pipe, and also, an opening/closing mechanism is provided for opening/closing flow passages of the solution supply pipe and the air introduction pipe by the sliding of the piston.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
